Regent Chongqing

My recent stay at the Regent Chongqing was truly an exquisite 5-star experience, one that perfectly blended modern luxury with exceptional hospitality. The hotel is incredibly modern in its design, featuring sleek lines and contemporary art that create a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere. Every corner of the property felt meticulously designed and impeccably maintained. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff, who were consistently very helpful. From the moment I arrived, the doorman, in particular, made a lasting impression. He offered thoughtful amenities based on my plans for the day, providing umbrellas and cold water bottles for the heat or offering excellent advice on nearby restaurants. This proactive and personalized service made me feel genuinely cared for and enhanced my daily outings. I also thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's recreational facilities. The gym was well-equipped and spacious, allowing for a great workout. The pool area offered a serene escape, and the spa provided a wonderfully relaxing experience after a day of exploring the city. These amenities were truly excellent and contributed significantly to my sense of well-being during the trip. The Regent Chongqing certainly delivers on its promise of a top-tier hotel stay. The combination of its modern elegance, proactive and helpful staff, and outstanding facilities made my visit to Chongqing truly memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and attentive experience in the city.

Great stay at Regent in Chongqing. Club lounge service was top notch and food served for afternoon tea and evening cocktails had variety. Fitness and spa facilities were also good quality. The only feedback is that coffee served in breakfast is not good. Hopefully they change the coffee beans and milk used.

Awesome experience at the Regent Chongqing. We stayed here for two nights with a baby. The service is warm from the moment you arrive where each person has been well trained to assess customer’s needs and respond with utmost attentiveness. The bar was stocked with free goodies, no extra fee; the complimentary laundry, three pieces per person, was very helpful; and the baby amenities are available upon request - crib and baby chair. Location was good for our needs. Breakfast had a wide array of local Chongqing food, other regional Chinese food, and a good selection of western. Will Definitely stay again, especially with kids. Appreciate everyone’s kindness and attentiveness!
