Regent Hotel

We arrived in Munich at 10AM, after being on a bus for 6 hours. I felt dirty and was very grumpy because of it. My husband decided we should find a place to drop our luggage and get a shower even though we were only there for the day. This place happened to be across the street, so we decided to check it out. They had a great price, and were able to check us in immediately rather than making us wait until actual check in time. The room was clean, had a good shower, and a comfortable bed. No AC, but the fan provided was enough for the room. Also the lady that checked us in gave us a recommendation for a restaurant, and it was delicious too! Wonderful experience, definitely recommend this place.

Basic room very small but okay. I left a pair of jeans in the wardrobe but aftet 1 hour of leaving when contacting the hotel they claimed to know nothing about them they had vanished I would say stolen was more appropriate

I honestly can’t say one good thing about this hotel. No air conditioning so you have to sleep with the windows open and a noisy oscillating fan. Two problems with this: 1. The windows have no screens so bugs and mosquitoes infest your room 2. There’s a VERY loud bar at the base of the hotel that blast music until 2am. Absolutely no way to get sleep. Like many have said, this hotel is disgusting in terms of cleanliness. Carpets have stains all over them, bathroom blatantly haven’t been cleaned between each stay, and multiple linens were stained/soiled. I can’t believe this hotel is labeled as a “4 star hotel.” Please save your money and stay somewhere else. Gross
