Let me start with the best thing and going down to not do good. 1. Location: The best part of thisnhotel is the proximity to Burjuman metro station. It's makes you travel so easy if you are on your own. This location is in the heart of the city. 2. Breakfast: The spread is not so big bit the taste is awesome. There will be Indian Breakfast items available with a live Dosa counter. They also make Jain food available on request. 3. Rooms: rooms are neither very big nor very small. A decent sized room with extra bed just accommodated if you have child with you 4. Service: The rooms are cleaned daily and standard service is available including the reception counter. Nothing exceptional. 5. Ambience: This is not so great. There is a word smell that comes when you enter the lift. I would like to appreciate the services of Parvez and Muthaiya in the breakfast hall. To conclude: if you want a budget hotel with basic amenities but closer to metro and market, if you want a place to just sleep at night and be out all through the day, then you can definitely go for this.
I would advise against staying at this hotel due to a disappointing experience. Upon checking in on May 1st, I informed the receptionist that I would require a late checkout on May 2nd. They stated that the standard checkout time was 12:30 pm, with 1:30 pm being the latest option. Given our frequent stays at various UAE hotels, where late checkouts until 3 pm are often accommodated without additional charges, my fiance requested an extra hour. However, when discussing this with Night Manager Mr. Ahmad at the reception desk at night, he behaved unprofessionally towards my fiance making unacceptable assumptions in my presence. When I addressed this issue, Mr. Ahmad insisted that we adhere to the 12 pm checkout time, threatening to call the police if we didn't comply. This behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. I urge the hotel's General Manager to take action, providing Mr. Ahmad with training on professional communication and respect towards guests, particularly ladies. This would help prevent similar incidents in the future and improve the hotel's overall service quality.
This hotel experience was a total waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone due to the staff's subpar service. When checking in with my fiance Mr. Ahmad Mohammed, the night manager, seemed to assume we were engaging in illicit activities. This assumption colored his interactions, leading to unprofessional behavior. When I requested a late checkout, Mr. Mohammed became fixated on the 50 AED fee, which I found petty. His communication style was lacking, and he spoke unprofessionally. I believe the hotel's management should address this issue and provide Mr. Mohammed with training on hospitality and professional communication. The problem wasn't the fee itself but Mr. Mohammed's behavior, which was unwelcoming and unprofessional. I hope the General Manager and management take note of this experience and take necessary actions to improve the hotel's service quality.
