Regent Shanghai On The Bund

I think it's pretty rare for us to stay at a hotel in China have actually have zero complaints / nitpicks; this is one of those places. Could be the price level or the management, not sure. Warm greetings, status benefits recognized beyond what's expected, newly renovated room that feels renovated and functionally modern. 外卖 is delivered to to room instead of lobby / locker, turndown service is standard, the nighttime skin care routine provided was not standard and a pleasant surprise. The decaf espresso drinks we got at 8PM was surprisingly decent, breakfast service was prompt, and the salad selection (which I always grieve when in China) is pretty decent too. The back gate is connected directly with the north bund walkway, which is nice. Glad we picked this place for our yearly bund stay.

The rooms looked really nice,the beds were so comfortable. There was room service (dinner and breakfast) it was really good and pretty big. Staff were nice and friendly. We loved were it was located a really nice spot

One of the best hotels in Shanghai with a view. Service is also superb. Modern and clean rooms. Breakfast was wonderful with great a la carte and buffet offerings. Make sure to book a room with the oriental tower or bund view.
