It is truly an incredible hotel. The views from the 38st floor are just mind blowing. Location is very good but you will still need to go to the metro and ride 1 stop to get to Nanjing road. Nevertheless the metro is easy to access and extremely cheap. The Breakfast is excellent 👌
Truly luxury property on a great location, but what definitely makes a difference is kind, knowledgeable and polite staff. From the reception, through the restaurants and room service, and housekeeping we always felt welcome and taken care of. Rooms are spacious and elegant- I especially enjoyed cosmetics and mini bar experience. Breakfast is rich and delicious. My favourites are definitely SPA and swimming pool and Club Lounge with an iconic Pearl tower view.
Former four seasons, now regent Pudong is still a solid choice in Shanghai, especially when you need to stay in Pudong. The hotel is well decorated, a bit crowded in the lobby area though. Club room is quite nice, beautiful bathroom, with nice amenities. A special mention for regent club lounge, spectacular view decent food selection and good service. Hotel pool is a proper tourist attraction, so it can be very busy .
