Incredible Hotel Service Above and Beyond! . My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, the service was beyond amazing. We had a little mishap when we accidentally left our phone in a taxi on the way to the airport. In a panic, we called the hotel’s concierge for help, and they responded quickly and professionally. . The concierge took all the necessary details, even contacted the police for us, and within just one hour, they helped us track down the taxi driver and retrieve our phone! We were so impressed by how dedicated and caring the hotel staff was to make sure we got our phone back. . The experience really showed us that they truly value their guests and go above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. I’m incredibly grateful to them for turning a stressful situation into a positive one. . Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the help, it made our stay even more memorable!

We recently stayed at the Regent Hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. A special thanks to Ray Liu for recommending and booking a visit to a local cat cafe for my niece. She absolutely loved it! The attention to detail and warm service made our trip so enjoyable. An enjoyable upscale hotel, centrally located in Taiwan. Service was great. Food, both at the breakfast buffet and bar were delicious. Love the open, several floor high area with seats for dining and relaxing. The rooms were a nice size with a but of a view. Only downside (personal preference) is the beds were very firm. A little too hard for my liking, but otherwise a fantastic stay.
