My stay here was wonderful. The staff are all very accommodating. The higher floors have weaker wi fi and one of the managers, Amiya was able to move our room without issue. Bishal, he goes by B, has also been great. I see him every day when I go for the provided breakfast and all of the staff check on us. I ask lots of questions about the food since I don’t know what a lot of it is but they are happy to explain. A great experience for great value.

Very very poor service. The staff is untrained. Wrong bills addressed on the name. Unresponsive. Not even have a 10rs change. The bathroom is leaking and room is smelly. Damp towels. List is never ending. It should be a two star hotel. One of a very bad stay.

Would not recommend, especially for NRI's, Had booked my room months in advance and even paid online, had also requested early check-in, on the day of check-in, they could not find my booking despite showing them proof, duty manager came and decided the best way to handle this is rudely tell the receptionist that she should not accept early check-ins and acted like he was doing me the biggest favor in the history of the hotel, after finally getting a room, Room service proved to be horrible, they could not comply with simple requests on food preference, also they only work from 1pm to 10pm. the only staff that was very helpful is the receptionist who despite having to deal with an incompetent manager, showed true customer service skills (her name is Iban) overall the property looks good, however 99% of the staff have no clue what they are doing there or how to treat paying customers. save your money and book another hotel instead. i opted to check out after 1 day rather than waste any more of my money here.
