Regenta Central Imperial Candolim Goa

Our journey began with a seamless hotel booking experience, thanks to the supportive assistance of Reservations and Sales Manager Spandana. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and exceptional hospitality that set the tone for our stay. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including fresh fruits and juices, all prepared to perfection. The culinary team, led by the Chef, ensured that every meal was a delight. A special touch was added when the staff learned of my wife's birthday. Within minutes, In-charge Kim arranged a beautiful birthday cake, compliments of the hotel, and the entire team, along with the Chef, extended their heartfelt wishes. This thoughtful gesture made the occasion truly memorable. The hotel's location on a main road provided easy access to nearby attractions. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and featured a balcony with a pleasant view. Overall, our experience at Regenta Central Imperial Candolim was exceptional. We extend our sincere thanks to all the staff, with special appreciation to Spandana and Kim for their outstanding hospitality.

This is an awesome hotel. I stayed there 3 times out of 4 Goa trips. Tried their Club Room, Junior Suite and Imperial Suit... The best room is their Junior Suite... Their food is great... And most importantly their staff is awesome. Truly professional hospitality... I will stay there again in my next Goa trip...

Terrible Experience – Feels Like a Scam! I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked a room for two people via Trip.com and paid the full amount online. However, due to a small oversight, I forgot to mention the second guest’s name while booking. Despite the payment clearly being made for two guests, the hotel staff refused to allow us to check in unless we paid an additional ₹1500. I tried to explain and even showed proof of payment, but the staff was uncooperative, rude, and completely inflexible. We argued for over an hour at the reception, but they wouldn’t budge until I paid the extra money. It felt like they were taking advantage of a small mistake just to extract more money. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and feels like a scam. It’s clear that they are not interested in customer satisfaction, only in squeezing extra charges wherever they can. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from this place!
