I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The rooms were modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and provided top-notch service Especially Mr Iqbal And Aaqib Hamid they are very polite and we enjoyed these holidays Happily there. The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping districts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. Overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations! We booked this place by seeing the online reviews and photos of this property. It’s nowhere close to a 4 star property, completely false advertisement on social media. I would give it the maximum of 2.5 – 3 star. Room are extremely small. Staff is very rude and unfriendly, and food is very basic, breakfast is kind of a joke when they say it’s 4 star hotel. There are hardly any amenities in the room. Bathrooms are worst no proper cleaning. Taps are broken, towels are so dirty, fans don’t work property and yet we paid a lot of money. We made a wrong decision by staying in this hotel. Stay away, there are lots of other good options in Srinagar.
