Rooms that are small but neat and clean. Great locality in Indiranagar, near CMH & 100ft roads. Takes well over 1-1.5 hr to airport T2 on a good day. Good room service. Good housekeeping. Attentive staff. Bare necessities, such as basic toiletries and tea/coffee supplies, are provided. Wifi connectivity can be improved as net was slow. Nice breakfast spread. Dishes are well-prepared.

I had booked a 2-night stay and requested early check-in. Despite multiple follow-ups, the manager gave vague responses and asked for ₹1000 extra for early check-in upon arrival—this charge was never mentioned and communicated earlier. The room's door lock felt insecure, and to make matters worse, housekeeping entered and cleaned the room without permission while the guest was away. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and privacy issues made the stay very unsatisfactory.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is also perfect with Rameshwaram Cafe & Toit at walking distance. Stayed for couple of nights. But extremely displeased with their house keeping. On Day 2, the house keeping entered our room without my permission or request for room cleaning while i was away and had all my valuable things laying around in the room. On Day 3, the house keeping entered the room to clean using their master key while i was sleeping inside and didn't hear the door ring. If its their hotel policy to clean rooms without the guests requesting them and randomly entering rooms using the keycards. i wouldn't recommend this hotel to any female traveller or people carrying valuable things.
