Regenta Orko's Haridwar

From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Every team member — from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff — was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They anticipated our needs before we even asked, offered great local recommendations, and always greeted us with a smile. It's rare to find such consistent professionalism paired with true warmth. Best experience 😄. Friendly staff. Quick service. Clean room . The linen was somewhat dirty but they got changed as soon as we requested. Loved the breakfast buffet 😋. Rating 4⭐ as scope for improvement is always there. Hope you will continue improving the experience of your guests

I would like to start with a rooms, which are having very bad layout in terms of Interior. It's typical room layout though but furniture is very old in the room. Window is of no use as they kept a very large sofa in front of the window. But it's not the regular sofa. Sofa which no one can seat on. Lights were dim in the room. Old structure and rooms are not modern. Bathroom is very small and shower area is like one can not stand in the bathroom properly. If you want to give a shower to your kid, you need to stand outside of the shower area. Shower area is having very slow force of water. They don't provide bucket or anything in the bathroom. Food - food are like ok ok. Not the best one. But highlight of this hotel is the staff of their restaurant. Very very rude staff. And they don't care about the reviews as well. They don't have baby friendly food. Despite having your breakfast and dinner included inthe package, if you ask to prepare a khichdi for baby, they will charge you for the same. VERY MUCH HYPED HOTEL IN THE HARIDWAR. LOCATION - MINUS. VERY FAR FROM THE HAR KI PAUDI. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. though it's haridwar and this hotel is mostly booked with tourist through out the year, If you find some good option at the centre, please don't go with the regenta orkos, haridwar. Very disappointed with the staff, food, hotel rooms.
