It was a good experience. The food is good and the ambience is great too. Staff is courteous too, To mention my personal experience Khalidah did a great job. She is affable and makes you feel taken care of.
Rooms maintenance is good but bathroom equipment is too old and not working properly. Sometimes water comes and sometimes not. Sometimes the lift is also not working properly. Inside gym equipment is also not in proper condition . Front office staff having less patience may be due to work load. The restaurant's food tastes average and does not meet the expectations .
I was over charged. The room was dingy, smelly. No proper lighting. I paid for 3 guest but in the room there is one tea cup, one tooth brush, 2 towels,they expect us to share i think. No welcome drink as mentioned. The bathroom had a very fishy smell. No window, it was sealed and dirty. Breakfast had not much options.. over all it was the worst stay.
