Our stay here has been exceptional.. staff is quite polite and helpful.. property’s location is awesome and is well maintained.. we would recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for quite and calm space for their vacation.. top notch service..

Really loved this resort as it was our on the way halt before shimla. Quote comfortable place with good rooms and views. Food is also great although service can be improved further at this hotel. Really recommend this hotel if you're nearby and needs to stay at Regenta Valley view.

The initial impression of the deluxe rooms was positive, with cleanliness and order observed upon check-in. However, a significant issue arose on the second day, as the bathroom emitted a strong sewage odor, potentially stemming from inadequate drainage. The booking, facilitated through MMT, included advertised amenities such as a jacuzzi, which were not present, along with the absence of a refrigerator, mini-bar, and children's play area. Furthermore, the provision of hot water proved problematic, requiring a considerable wait time of 5-6 minutes, with the resulting temperature being lukewarm, thus raising concerns regarding water conservation. These room-related shortcomings were a source of disappointment. Conversely, the room service met expectations, and the staff demonstrated courtesy. The hotel's location offered excellent accessibility and ample parking. The morning breakfast service was notably impressive, complemented by commendable service. In summary, the overall family experience was satisfactory, yet substantial improvements are required, particularly concerning the condition and functionality of the rooms.
