I recently had the pleasure of staying at Regenta, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. It was Women's Day and my Dad's Birthday. The staff upgraded us to a Suite Room. It was wonderful. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities made our stay feel luxurious and comfortable. The dining options were fantastic, even though it was all vegetarian with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Every meal was a delight, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. What truly sets this resort apart is the outstanding service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and dedicated to making our stay perfect. I highly recommend Regenta SGS to anyone looking for a dream vacation. I can’t wait to return! 🌟

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback. The hotel's central location was convenient, and the ambiance was good. The room was comfortable, but I felt it could be better maintained. The food was excellent. However, I was disappointed to find that the swimming pool was not working during my stay, and the game room had a unpleasant odor. Overall, my experience was good, but there's room for improvement. The food is amazing, they have a lot of variety. Chefs are fab and quite considerate. We arrived a bit late from out and the kitchen was amidst closed and they were not taking orders, but the chef fed us a very delicious meal. And definitely the hygiene in this hotel is of top standards. Room cleaning was done very well. But we're were extremely disappointed with the services, phone lines were not going thru for certain services, had to repeatedly call the reception, they took their own sweet time to respond or address the issue. No one came to fix the TV issue which we had reported for 2 days. Simple services like giving extra towel took more than an hour. Overall package was fine. Loads of thing 's to work upon if they want to maintain the standards for the amount they charge.
