I stay fairly often at this hotel on business, and the stay is always pleasant, breakfast is good, and it's quiet enough for a good night sleep. The rooms are fairly clean, but don't expect too much. Location is: not really close to any of my places of interest (including the centre of Timisoara), so it's preferrable to use a car or a taxi to go anywhere.
Very cozy and luxurious rooms, along with other amenities. The food great, and the personnel is more than welcoming. Strongly recommend it.
Overall good. But some of the stuff is missing basic common sense. Yelling at customers that they are disturbed by... the customers. Breakfast decent. Restaurant is not 4 stars ( frozen semiprepared dishes). Some services don't actually exist - like SPA is closed because they don't want to heat it. Rooms are very nice - big, clean. So, very nice rooms, so/so restaurant, staff some really nice and friendly, some very bad. For the price and 4 stars hotel...would not recommend. Too many flaws.
