5/5 Stars – A Perfect Stay! I recently stayed at Regia Hotel and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, everything is well-maintained and stylish. The staff are incredibly friendly and always helpful – you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are super clean and very well-equipped, including a great air conditioning system which was a big plus during the warmer days. I also really appreciated the parking right in front of the hotel – it’s very convenient and you can always keep an eye on your car. Right next door there’s an amazing pizzeria, which was a great bonus – delicious food just steps away! And don’t even get me started on the cappuccino – so, so good! Thank you to the entire team at Regia Hotel for making my stay so enjoyable. I would absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A delightful oasis in the heart of Sardinia. Our stay here was excellent: the room was beautiful (and extremely clean) and the staff's attention to detail is impeccable. There is a restaurant and a pizzeria nearby (in the same complex) and the hotel is a 20 minute drive from some of the most beautiful beaches and attractions of the island. Will definitely be back!

I had a highly disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked a room for April, but accidentally booked it for May. Only upon arrival I realized the mistake and, unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. The receptionist was kind and understanding, which I appreciated, but that’s where the good experience ended. I promptly canceled the May booking a month in advance and contacted the hotel through their website’s contact form and later down the line directly via email, requesting a refund due to the honest mistake and cancelling well a month in advance. Despite their no-refund policy, I hoped they’d show some goodwill given the circumstances. However, they never even bothered to respond. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be completely ignored. Customer service should be a priority, and in this case, it clearly wasn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, given their lack of basic courtesy in addressing guest concerns. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere where guests are valued and treated with respect.
