It's located in Zaafarana, next to Mountain View. The rooms are so spacious, but the room service is very poor. I kept trying to call the reception or the person in charge (who took us to our room) for a long time to complain about the AC. At last, when that guy answered, he said he would send us the maintenance, but it didn't happen. The beach is not clean; stones and small pieces of coral spread along the seashore, and it was so difficult to get in or out of the water. However, the buffet is good and the swimming pool is very satisfying. It starts operating at 9 a.m. and it's better to enjoy your time there before it gets crowded.
It's a good value for money. Not very good and not bad.
Pictures on booking is totally different than reality. In reality it is The worst place ever.The reception gave us a terrible first impression of the hotel. It felt like staying in a run-down motel rather than a hotel! Rooms and accommodation are very bad. We were going to reserve via booking.com but we insisted to see the place in real . We were shocked when we arrived and left right away. I thank God that we didn’t pay or reserve . It would’ve been the worst experience ever !!
