It was a pleasure to stay here: good service, comfortable room and the place where suites are situated is excellent
We will never come here again. In the morning at 8:30 am the cleaner cleans the room next to us with a lot of noise and loud phone calls to someone. You literally hear EVERYTHING in the rooms. The rooms are not clean, there is a lot of dust, and mold in the bathroom. The only thing good about this hotel is the location.
It is a scam. It is not a hotel but an apartment building that is dirty, hard to access, and unsafe. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! We had to find a new place to stay in Rome and they refused to give us any money back.
