Regnum Bansko Ski Hotel & SPA

Wonderful Stay at Regnum Hotel – Special Thanks to Habib! I recently stayed at Regnum Hotel in Bansko and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was excellent — there were plenty of choices, and everything I tried was tasty and fresh. What truly made our stay memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and ready to help at any time. A special thank you to Habib, who truly stood out. He is a wonderful person, always kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He made me the best Turkish coffee every day during my stay — it became a highlight of my mornings! Thank you, Habib, for your kindness and hospitality. We wish you all the best in the future!

Overall nice experience. Most staff workers were nice, some of them were impatient. Breakfast is nice, good food selection. Spa/massage working hours are quite limited. Felt like staff are unready/unprepared at times. It is a 10 minutes walk from ski site lift. Also there is a shuttle every once in a while (30 minutes I think).

The room was ok. There was only 1 air conditioner in, and we needed to open the windows for air flow The tv remote didn't have working battires. The hotel phone didn't work at whole. My friends room smelled like someone was smoking 5 packs the second we entered. Opening all the windows didn't help. When I went to the receptionist to ask for battires, they didn't have. Other then that room was alright
