Stayed here for one night. My itinerary was crazily packed, so upon arrival I asked for a check-out at 6 AM, among other requests. I thought I would just have to place the key at the front desk, but I was surprised to find a staff at the desk handling the checkout for me at 6 AM. I was also able to guarantee an upper-level room for me to watch sunrise over the Caspian Sea. I enjoyed my entire stay here. The price is really affordable too for such a spacious room. I will recommend the hotel to most people visiting the peninsula.
Lovely and peaceful stay. Hotel has it's own private beach. Breakfast was delicious and on the house. Restaurant food was awesome. Highly recommended 👍
Service quality is very poor, we had too many issues with this hotel & Restaurants. 1) For example, after we had our dinner. They tried to charge us extra but after we found mistakes in the bill. They didn't say sorry, they insist on charging for extra but after manager involved, we solved problem.(they changed bill and charged less) 2) our stay in hotel includes breakfast but when we come to restaurant, they tried to charge extra for breakfast. But we said that we paid for this breakfast during check-in. They aggreed but they brought breakfast after 50 minutes....
