The kids’ club, pools, and entertainment were fantastic, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We felt pampered while the kids were having the time of their lives. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the Pier team went above and beyond to make sure our family felt welcome and well taken care of. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to our needs.

Fantastic hotel, pool services are amazing. The staff are very attentive and meet all your needs, especially Meryem, who almost telepathically knows what I want to eat or drink and has a cold drink at hand. The hotel is stylish and beautifully finished. The decor is modern and classy and the design of the pools and surrounding areas is well thought out. I especially likes the cave/grotto pool area. Honestly I cannot find any fault and will look to return in the future.
