Great hotel for not expensive vacation. Huge territory, a lot of swimming pools and bars and restaurants. For summer time, the best place cause there is windy, absolutely no feeling of hot weather. And the most important there is an elevator to the beach for people with disabilities.

I did not have a 5-star experience at this resort, even though it's said to be a 5-star resort. Initially, we booked a room for 4 people, but on the first day when we arrived, we were given a room for 2 people. They didn't change our room right away, but they did bring us an extra bed. They told us to come the next day at 10 AM to change it, but when we went to them, they told us that they didn't have any more rooms available and that we had to wait for a while longer… I mean, out of the hundreds of rooms there, not a single one was available? I don't really believe that… The schedule here is very strange. One day we went to restaurant 2 for dinner and they were already starting to clear all the food at 8 PM, even though dinner was supposed to end at 9:30 PM. However, the food is very good and I liked it. In the gym, they don't take age into account, even though they say it's for 16+ years old. I am younger than this age and I went there almost daily without anyone asking me a single question. I also saw other children younger than me who had come with their parents and were being told by them to do various exercises. The gym has 4 treadmills (3-4, I don't remember exactly how many there were), but permanently only one of them works and it's very annoying. At the water slides, there's a sign that says only those up to a maximum of 12 years old are allowed on the slides, but it makes no sense at all because the slides are very big. A lot of Russian is spoken here, which is a little annoying because the staff and tourists will always try to speak to you first in Russian and only then, after they understand that you don't speak Russian, will they speak to you in English, if they know it. Some of the staff here are very weird. For example, the person who cleans the rooms who works in building 5 on the 1st floor (next to room 5107) is strange because whenever he saw me in the hallway, he wanted to talk to me and never gave me a little peace. What’s more, this person is so strange that he asked me for my Instagram or my WhatsApp or he asked me if he could take a picture of me on his phone, knowing that I am very young. Also, this same person came to our room almost daily to beg for money, even though my parents had given him some tips on two of the days. The ice cream machines almost never worked; too many times when I went to get an ice cream, they told me I had to wait another 5-10 minutes. The Wi-Fi barely worked, even in public places. This resort does not deserve 5 stars.

the worst resort ive ever been to. staff are very rude and take advantage of foreigners. ac did not work in 3 different rooms and every time we called the reception they tell us its not their fault. plates and cups are dirty in the buffet. we also found a rat in our room on the very last day and when we told the reception. they acted like they couldnt care less.
