The best place for the family Clean and cozy, food is amazing, Kids club (child care 3-12 years old) for children and entertainment for parents. We played games in the evening and enjoyed the concerts. The best Christmas time we had there this year 🥳🥳🥳🤩🤩 I do recommend for sure ☺️😊💃
A good place to spend a relaxed weekend with the family. The food was awesome!! The service very friendly. The rooms were clean. One star less because although many families come here with babies and little kids the swimming pool was cold, not suitable for kids. All in all I recommend this hotel.
We wanted to scout this hotel to come back for a large family Christmas reunion (at least six people). We were very disappointed. We booked two nights and three days, and got only five meals (instead of eight), plus coffee once. The room was clean. The food leaves much to desire (lunch "snack" consists of reheated dinner leftovers that go soft, for example). The hotel charges for towels and bathrobes for use in the pool/sauna. The furniture throughout the hotel is new and in good shape, but nothing fancy. We will not be coming back for Christmas (or ever again) to this hotel.
