Location is good, but I do not know who gave 4 stars to this hotel: extra thin walls, no sound isolation. The karaoke bar's sound can be heard until morning. The bathroom is stinking. Breakfast selection should be improved.

The main point for me was the Wi-Fi connection, either on a blind spot or very weak connection. The dinner was almost the same and the restaurant food quality was not good, re heated sausages, or no fresh vegetables or remaining meal from other day just heated again. Generally quality of food was awful. Rooms were clean generally but sometimes water in bath or toilet did stock. There is no lobby and except few staffs in reception no one speak English. They have a wedding hall, which every 2 days had a party, very noisy and loud which you can here from your rooms. Room key magnet many times failed to work, so you have to re check it at reception.

I would give it a 0 star if I could. At first, the room that I booked apparently does not have windows and conditioner as I was told. They suggested upgrade. Sure, I did pay almost double and agreed for upgrade. After they charged me a front desk person told me, sorry you cannot use air conditioner as they not working! Really, I paid for the room with AC! Next, the bed sheet were dirty, it had hair and dirty spots, I had to call them so they can replace. Now, lights are not working and I was trying to call a front desk and guess what, no one is picking up the phone. This hotel cannot provide a basic needs of its customers and no one even tried to apologize or offer something better! Never coming back, please stay away from this place
