The rooms are excellent, the service is also excellent, the staff is polite, the breakfast is delicious, overall the place is excellent and located in a convenient location, close to the airport.the room size is very good. The hotel is very spacious, clean, the rooms are huge, I recommend it , but overall Very cool hotel, located within walking distance from the airport, you can get to the city The location of the hotel is very convenient. The main attractions, as well as a supermarket, market and shops are within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Very spacious room, only thing is the toilet is clean but smelly. Breakfast buffet is adequate.

I wanted to leave my honest review for this spa I did not have a pleasant experience here. We called them to reserve their spa rooms for 1 hour but we were told we can’t do 1 hour only 2 hours we said okay whatever even though we had reserved for one hour in the past, we agreed and the lady told us that we need to give a deposit and then call back when we have sent it. We sent the deposit and called the lady but they were keep on putting us on hold once we got a hold of her we told her that we sent the deposit and the lady immediately was like why didn’t you guys call and we explained to her that we couldn’t get a hold of her. Once we got to the place their communication was awful they were rushing us and saying hurry up your time is going and talking very rudely, and we were like why are they talking very rudely to us and we told them can you talk to us properly we are talking to you normally. So we tried to work things out with them even with their horrible communication but the worker is like first you pay full price then you can come in but in the past we went in first and then payed on the way out. And out of nowhere one of the workers is saying very rudely to one of my friends “you came here last time for a massage and didn’t pay I recognized you” but my friend was at that place for the first in his life he has never been there before! Towards the end once we were already Done and leaving they are slamming the door shut on us and we opened it back and said why are you slamming the door on us like that, and they replied back saying “I’m not forced to act or talk nicely this is how I am either you like it or not”. we had brought guest from another country and they embarrassed us with their rude behavior. And all that kind of got on our nerves and we said call the cops if there is some wrong the lady replied back saying “don’t worry who I’ll call if I want I will call”. After these words we went up to complain to the receptionist we told the guy at reception can you give us your mangers or supervisors number and he’s like I don’t know our managers or supervisors number and we said well we have a complaint to do who do we complain to he gave us a ripped piece of paper with some random number on it, and we couldn’t really do anything with that number and that is why I am writing my horrible experience at this location!👎👎
