New, minimalist apartments, with all the comforts and close to the beach. You have your own parking lot which makes your stay much easier in summer. The person who attended us was very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and if we return to Calpe we would rent here.

Overall, it was fine. The windows let in the noise, and the apartment has a very large terrace with two hammocks and sea views. It's located in a beautiful area for watching the sunrise, although the I'fach Rock obscures it a bit. The beach is three minutes away. Very good apartment.

The apartment isn't bad. It has a very large terrace, and everything else, although small, does its job. What we didn't like was the Arenal agency. When we arrived, there was nothing except kitchen utensils—thank goodness! Because there wasn't even a single roll of toilet paper. Of course, towels have to be rented, and you even have to pay for the Wi-Fi, which in our case wasn't working due to an incident, and no one informed us. It was only when we mentioned it that they admitted there had been a problem. Thankfully, they deducted the days we hadn't been able to use the internet, that's all they need. And finally, the cleaning was very poor. We found hair in the bathroom, a plastic plug behind the trash can, and the cutlery wasn't that great either. I hope they improve these things.
