After searching across Europe for the perfect Ayurveda retreat, I was thrilled to find this hidden gem. I took part in Reitenberger Hotel’s Ayurvedic Restart Program — a truly outstanding experience. The program included 4 nights’ accommodation, full-board Ayurvedic meals with selected non-alcoholic Ayurvedic drinks, an initial consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor, and 8 individually selected treatments, such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Nasya, as well as meditation and yoga sessions. The Ayurveda team of Ayurvedic doctors and therapist took great care and tailored everything to my individual needs. A special highlight was especially the detailed consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor, where you can learn more about your Dosha type and receive valuable recommendations. The Ayurvedic meals were delicious and thoughtfully prepared, perfectly supporting the treatments. Small touches, like the constant availability of hot water added to the overall sense of well-being. Apart from the Ayurveda program, you have also access to the Hotel’s wellness area (including Pool and Saunas) as well as the gym. I left feeling refreshed and rebalanced after my stay and can recommend the Ayurveda Program to anyone seeking an Ayurveda treatment in Europe.

It started and ended as an experience where you stand with your mouth open and can't believe what is happening around you. The hotel is relatively in the center, but you can't really see the colonnade by the park. Get ready for an extreme number of pensioners, until even a person thinks that it is really bad. A big minus for us was when we found out that the staff couldn't understand that we weren't 60 and didn't have to shout at us. The room is nice, but the bed is so hard that you can't tell the difference between a bench and a bed. Of the individual activities offered by the hotel, the only quality one is the massage. But BEWARE you can only communicate in English ☺️ The food was disastrous, in a hotel for 11,000 I would expect something more than shared tables with strangers and tasteless food and the cheapest on the Czech market. The whole experience was so powerful that we left halfway through our stay. Nevermore!!

My wife and I stayed at the hotel in May 2025. The hotel is very well located, close to the mineral springs. Overall, the hotel is good, but our entire stay and impression of the hotel was ruined by one girl at the reception, her name is Anastasia. When we approached her with any questions, she did not pay attention to us, and was busy with some of her own business. She communicated with us very rudely and reluctantly. Whenever we asked her a question about the city, she made such a face that any desire to ask anything disappeared. I don’t understand how such an unpleasant and uncommunicative girl can work at the reception in such a hotel??? I will never return to this hotel again without seeing her….
