Terrible holiday. 1. No wi-fi and agent "apparently" couldn't help 2. Cinema didn't work... and again no one could fix it... the cinema is the only place everyone can watch tv or a movie together... so a complete disappointment and not what was advertised 3. Kitchen so inadequately stocked... 1 tiny chopping board.. no salad bowls... no salad utensils... yet house sleeps 10? Not even a large pot to cook pasta 4. Signs in house everywhere.... rude and uninviting .. don't step on carpet.. don't leave table uncovered.. . Put chairs back... it was horrible 5. Prepare to supply everything... dishwashing liquid.. clothes wash.. foil... salt... house has nothing. Don't mention it to the agent either because they just list the house and don't check it "quote" 6. Horrible house lay out... not family friendly or open.... if you want to sit at a kitchen table all holidays... this is the house for you 7. No maps... you have a golf cart... good luck finding anything because they don't tell you... had to call security 8 times. No map provided... Horrible first trip to supermarket List is endless... this was by far our worst holiday in qld ever. Agents were hopeless ..... Signs in house rude... and no one could fix anything. Had a whole booklet in house about what not to do but nothing to help you at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY Terrible terrible terrible Thanks for the reply today. Shame you claim that the onsite manager came out to show us how the cinema worked. No-one got it working so it didn't work at all during our stay, therefore we werent shown how it worked. Wi-Fi also not provided or working for the entire stay. How can one possibly use Google maps on an iphone to get to the supermarket when we are in a gated community, using a golf buggy. There are locked gates to get in and out and you cant travel on main roads outside of the community. Your inaccurate response to our review sums up our experience.
