Relais Casabella

Siamo stati x il week end dell'Immacolata posto bellissimo, pulitissimo, tranquillo, stanza e struttura super nuova eccellente, l'unica cosa impossibilitato a gestire i riscaldamenti (quel giorno beccammo una giornata piovosa e freddina) la stanza non era riscaldata bene ma tutto sommato ok. Da migliorare la colazione eravamo in 8 a fare colazione, poca scelta, finimmo il poco che c'era disponibile.

The structure is very beautiful... Well-kept... The furnishings are very beautiful and well kept... The owners are kind and discreet....but it is not managed in the best way and it's a shame given that the structure deserves it. I'm referring to the breakfast... included in the price... But it doesn't reflect at all what they write in the list of the facility's services. Another big flaw is the lighting of the structure. In the evening after midnight it is completely dark... There are no lights in any corner of the structure. Or rather it is full of lights of all kinds but completely turned off. Even the light outside the rooms is timed and after midnight you can no longer enjoy the outside of the structure given the pitch darkness. We were 4 women and wanted to visit the center of Martina Franca... which is really wonderful and very close to the hotel. But on the way back it wasn't easy to reach our rooms since it was all dark. We made our way with the flashlight on our cell phone. I can understand the lights around but at least the light outside the rooms should be possible to turn on and off from inside each of them.

Nice environment but without the services that such a place would require considering the price. Breakfast with only hot coffee and packaged snacks. Cold cappuccino in a paper cup to understand each other. 2 packs of shower bath in total for 2 people for two days. No mat outside the shower. Outdoor breakfast table, without umbrella, it rained... inside you can hardly sit down and in any case one at a time. You have to constantly ask by phone to get it and you don't have everything. Never have I found so few comforts in an environment that has a high level of furniture and furnishings.
