Charming location with beautiful grounds and plenty of space for events, but with a few important things to note. The staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The property also offers a variety of venues, making it ideal for weddings, retreats, or group gatherings. That said, there were some inconveniences. Our room had no air conditioning, no shampoo provided, and the windows didn’t have screens—which led to a close encounter with a bee inside our bedroom. The food was also underwhelming and could use improvement. Overall, a picturesque and peaceful place with great service and event potential, but a few comfort upgrades would make the stay even better.

This is a lovely hotel about 30 minutes outside of town. It is quiet and relaxing. Yhe breakfast was nice. You can schedule a shuttle to the airport and to the metro stop in town. This is really designed as a place that could be used for weddings, family gatherings, or small retreats. It is not really walkable to anything. It would be a great location for a wedding.

The venue appears to be an event venue. While we were there there was a wedding reception, and a few celebrations for baptisms, 1st Communions, and Confirmations. When we first arrived we were told that there were events being held that day for a few communions or confirmations. What we weren’t told was that there was going to be a wedding reception that would go into the early morning. We learned of the wedding reception a little later and tried to cancel our stay and get a refund. We were told that no refund would be offered, and that we would be out the cost of the 2 rooms that we booked if we left early. I think that we were misinformed when we checked in, and should have been warned of the party. The wedding reception was impossibly loud and went on until after 2:00 AM. At about 2:00 Am the wedding reception guests started setting off fireworks… this only lasted 10-15 minutes, but the whole situation appeared out of control. We were treated quite poorly, from the other reviews I believe you should expect the same. We should have been offered a complete refund… the hotel can still make this right. We didn’t get to sleep until after 2:30 in the morning… the wedding party even lit off fireworks at 2:00 AM! The guy at reception said that the party would come inside at 12.30… that didn’t happen. I’ll never return to the hotel.
