Relais & Chateaux Hotel Heritage

It is our last day at this wonderful hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Every member of the staff has been incredibly kind and welcoming, including those serving breakfast each morning, who always made sure we were happy and satisfied with our meal. Our room was kept spotless throughout our stay, which made it all the more comfortable and relaxing. The location could not have been more perfect - right in the heart of the historic center, with all the sights, shops, and restaurants within easy walking distance. I truly could not have asked for a better place to stay and look forward to returning someday. Highly recommended!

What a great stay! Everything was great from our pre-stay emails to our departure. Nathan was so wonderful, professional, kind & efficient. He even helped my husband get a great haircut quickly while there! Breakfast was the best we had during our 2-week trip at 4 different hotels; the waffles are amazing. Great location, comfy beds, lovely linens & everyone was just excellent!!

What a spectacular and memorable visit to this charming hotel. From the moment of check-in, we were warmly received and treated to service and dining and rooms that were truly amazing. A special acknowledgment goes to Nathan at the front desk who provided absolutely spot on recommendations for both lunch and dinner. In addition, he gave us excellent recommendations for sites to visit around Bruges. Their breakfast service is an event not to be missed, both for the superior food and the excellent service. The hotel is spectacularly maintained and was truly a pleasure to visit. It will definitely not be my last visit - excellent on all levels.
