Suning auraya suite is nice residential service apartments. Staff here is very accommodating and professional. I was upgraded from executive room to classic room after I complained about the construction noise. Front and lobby can use some renovation. The classic room is very spacious and well maintenance . It offers everything I needed like washing machine. The view is breathtaking. Windows here can be open. The location is great. Metro is within a short walking distance. Shopping street is almost next door. There is Walmart across the street. There are shops everywhere. It's very conveniently located
Perfect location. Sitting in a quiet corner in the heart of Nanjing city centre, it is a good blend of quietness and vibrance in this ancient city of China. Big floor space with full amenities, such as kitchenette and laundry (with dryer). Definitely a value-for-money choice for holiday or business.
+ position is quite central, but nearest metro is 15mins walking. + large room. + comfortable bed. + very clean. + wash/drying machine in the bathroom. + there are wonderful massage chairs in the library. - 3000 RMB deposit is required at checkin, this was not stated in the booking conditions… actually it is not a real debit on the card, but a pre-authorization that will be canceled at check-out time... the problem is also that they were not able to explain it. - unreliable wifi in my room. - there are blackout curtains but not 100% darkening. - small bathroom. - lack of care for details, eg the tub door is not properly sealed. - staff is ok but not properly trained for what is supposed to be a 5 “star” apartment: for example their English was basic, average at the best. Moreover they don’t provide any advice about the city: ok, this can be unusual for Chinese people, but then put a brochure or a map in the room. - cleaning ladies should respect the note hanging on the door about “do not disturb”… maybe it’s kind in their culture to ask in person, but in my opinion they should just respect that note. - price (80e per night) is a way too much compared to the whole experience.
