Relais & Châteaux Heritage Madrid

I stayed 3 nights as a female solo traveler this past July and I had an absolutely amazing experience. I was received so well from the moment my cab stopped by the hotel's door to checking out and going to my next destination. The hotel was impeccable and the rooms were absolutely beautiful, true luxury without a single detail missing. There were little gifts delivered to the rooms everyday and all the hotels from the Relais & Châteaux collection have a historical background which makes their properties even more interesting and welcoming to the travelers. The reception welcomed me with a tour of the property and gave me a room upgrade on the second and third night in the property with no requests, status or comments just because they had a better room with a balcony & view and wanted me to have the best experience possible. Truly princess treatment from the beginning to the end of the stay. I will definitely be coming back, one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

A true 5-star experience at the Heritage Hotel Madrid. This intimate and elegant hotel is tucked away in a quiet part of the Salamanca neighborhood—perfect for a relaxing stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully peaceful. Breakfast was a highlight: a refined selection with plenty of fresh, healthy options, and a lovely touch of regional specialties from across Spain. The reception team was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with our bookings and suggestions for our stay in Madrid. Special thanks to Jaime and Arian, and also to the restaurant staff who made us feel so welcome throughout. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This charming boutique hotel offers a truly personalised experience that stands apart from large chain hotels. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and make you feel genuinely cared for. Each room is uniquely decorated with thoughtful design touches, and the entire space feels cozy and inviting. The rooms are well insulated and incredibly quiet. Everything was clean, and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The on-site restaurant with a Michelin star is a wonderful perk. There are two rooftop terraces. The location is in the northern part of Madrid, nearby to the shopping area and about a 30-minute walk from the park.
