Great hotel, great people! The definition of hospitality! We stayed in the apartment side and it was beautiful, clean, spacious The main hotel which is a few steps away served the included breakfast, which was wonderful. Great food with great service. All the servers were friendly and on to if everything The always smiling front desk ladies were great. Always helpful and accommodating The shuttle drivers were super helpful and very savvy about the area, schedules, etc The hotel is 5 minute walk from one of the ski gondolas, and 1 mile across town from the other ones. Super convenient. And the shuttle brings you if you didn't want to walk 8 minute walk to the center of town with many restaurants, shops, etc Great place, great value, would go again in a heartbeat!

We stayed 4 nights and had a fabulous time. The food is amazing! We had breakfast every day, lunch and dinner once (respectively). The service is top notch and you truly feel like this is a home vs a hotel. Every night Trina (spelling) made us feel like the lounge was OUR living room. We will miss her! Transport from the train and to/from the slopes was seamless with their driver/shuttle. We were there during a slower time so it was easy to get where we wanted to go. Prepare for longer waits if it’s a busy time. The food is so good here you might feel guilty for wanting to eat every meal at your hotel! The rooms are nicely updated but with the classic Austrian farm house architecture. We never met the overall hotel manager but if we had we would have complimented them on the entire team from house keeping, to front desk, servers and of course our bartender! This is an excellent choice when wanting to relax and get way from some of the more pretentious choices in Kitzbhul. Warning US travelers…spa area is co ed. You may run into a naked opposite sex when using the sauna. I guess that’s ok in Europe but was a bit of a surprise for me! It’s a great story tell….

We stayed at the Tennerhof for several days during our honeymoon this December. We can't say enough good things about this property. Full of warmth, charm, and history, we received the best service and were extremely well taken care of. We stayed in the Franz Josef suite that had the postcard perfect view over Kitzbuhel and a warm fireplace to enjoy after a long day of skiing. Do not skip the breakfast - what an incredible spread. If you want to stay somewhere that has all the luxuries of a five star hotel but the character of a bed and breakfast, this place is for you. Many thanks to Marianna and Mia for all their help.
