Gorgeous Place! Really authentic! We were here on New years eve, the menu was perfect! Wellness area is relaxing and modern. The interior is beyond amazing! The surroundings are all forest areas. Great!

it’s the 21st century and the Jagdhof Glashütte is a fascinating time travel with couple of odd quirks. the location is right in nowhere. we travelled with an e-car to the hotel. within several miles they do not have decent charging stations. luckily the hotel offers a simple power outlet which is fine if you stay overnight to charge up your car. another travel back in time: they offer CD and cassette player in the room. the TV screen is hooked to a DVD player. 🤪 luckily the WiFi is stable and has a decent performance. streaming with the TV screen from you phone would be great. the Tv is limited to 21 stations and only one is english only [BBC - do not care about news on my vacation]. would appreciate a water heater in the room for some tea in the morning. they offer a coffee maker with one regular size mug and an espresso cup. weird of a two bedroom that sleeps two. the food is amazing. we had a great dinner twice in the restaurant and breakfast as well. great variety and selection of good food. local as well as special like oysters and seafood. we took our dog. he got a comfy blanket to rest on and was allowed everywhere on the premises. we brought bowls and supplies ourselves. the service is prompt and friendly. bed and room are decent and clean. the eye catcher is the large fireplace on the left of the reception. they offer afternoon tea, coffee and delights. you can find multiple hiking trails around the hotel. so no need to unplug the vehicle. the pool and sauna have been updated. fits into the time today were not too busy when we were there. great place for a weekend to kick back and wind down.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in this fantastic hotel, located in a beautiful area. "it's all about people": wonderful staff who are very service orientated and high quality of breakfast and dinners have been served. Logical measures taken by the hotel due to the Corona virus have not influenced our stay at all.
