Relais Colle Buono

We had the most wonderful stay at Relais Colle Buono which is nestled in the beautiful Italian countryside. The views are incredible and the service was exceptional. The owners are very friendly and you can tell they work hard to keep the property pristine and have a lot of pride in cultivating an amazing experience for their guests. The spa was very impressive and high-tech with a steam room, sauna, hot tub, thermal shower, water bed under Himalayan salt rock wall, and relaxation sitting areas - well worth the €50/person. The restaurant has exceptional gourmet food and service. We did the tasting menu which is the best way to go to experience it all and a great value. Everything was very high quality and we felt incredibly safe and welcome as foreign guests. We can’t wait to return!

The most stunning, tranquil resort with extremely kind and welcoming hosts! We loved everything about this place… beautiful location, clean rooms, exceptional service and the restaurant (food and service) was world class. We feel so lucky to have found this little gem in the valley and would love to stay here again!

Charming, romantic hotel resting on the hills just outside of Alvito. Spectacular mountain views from every room where pictures can't do it justice. If you're looking for tranquility, this is where it resides. Free breakfast is fresh and generous including homemade juices, quiches, and cakes. My recommendation is to stay a week if you can. Manuela wears all of the hats around here. She is the most gracious of hosts. She'll set up excursions, dinner reservations, transportation (if you don't get to bring a vehicle), as well as exceed any needs you have. I came for my honeymoon for a week and will miss it dearly. One of the most memorable experiences in a lifetime.
