Relais I Giardini dell'Arena

My wife and I just spent three lovely nights at this charming hotel in Verona. Our beautifully furnished room was spacious and comfortable and had two small balconies overlooking the Castelvecchio. And we were a mere five minute walk from the historic heart of Verona and the remarkable Arena. Breakfast was served in an intimate breakfast room and included an exceptional variety of fruit, granola, prosciutto, croissants, jams and coffee. Service was helpful and professional. We felt so well taken care of. Il Relais alone makes a visit to beautiful Verona worth it!

This is a beautiful hotel overlooking the castle within easy walking distance of the old town and bars and restaurants. The decor is stunning with good sized rooms and small balconies overlooking the street. Not disturbed by the street noise due to quality windows and shutters. Good air con. Naima was excellent - easy to contact on arrival and provided outstanding service. She gave us a map of the local area and suggested places to visit. The breakfast was amazing and beautifully presented. We stayed for 2 nights and would definitely recommend.

Tiny hotel with only four rooms. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Our room had a separate small room to enter with closet, chair, table and a long enclosed porch along the side looking out to woods. Good breakfast. We were very well taken care of by a professional but warm and friendly manager. Very clean and lovely. Service excellent. In walking distance to restaurants, museums etc. Unique for size and beautiful decor. The height of luxury.
