We stayed here in June 2025 and the whole team were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, comfy and exactly what we needed for a city stay in Brescia. Breakfast was lovely and the team were able to point us in the right directions of all that was needed like coffee shops and pharmacies. Thank you for making our stay so lovely and going above and beyond to make us feel so welcome.
Expedia booking included breakfast but we were told to pay on site- so doublecheck this add-on if booking through Expedia. Breakfast range was very poor, did not offer fresh bread. Neighbours were very noisy at night, I think our suite was underneath the storage room area. AC suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night. Otherwise very central location only a 10/15 min walk from Brescia station. Slightly overpriced for a short stay in terms of the services the hotel offers and locality.
I was on the highest floor, window to the sky, not warm at all. They didn't clean for 2 days, and I couldn't find the staff inside the hotel. But they were really friendly all the time. The location is good, but I wouldn't book there again.
