Rosa is exceptional, friendly, helpful, and professional. She makes the difference in a very expensive property with serious service shortcomings. Large room but with few electrical outlets. There's a kettle, but the coffee isn't in sachets but in an open jar, and there are no cups. The large, sunny terrace has no drying rack for towels and swimsuits. To have breakfast, you have to climb two flights of stairs under the sun. Breakfast isn't served at the table, and there's a buffet with limited selections. The WiFi isn't very strong. It's difficult to get into the water from the pier where the umbrellas and loungers are located. This isn't worth €320 a night in July 2025. The owner's responses don't contradict what I'm saying, because I'm not criticizing the location, but the level of service. Furthermore, these difficulties in accessing the sea and the breakfast room should be clearly and conspicuously highlighted on the website. I'll close by emphasizing that if one of my employees were to respond to a supplier or client like the owner of this hotel, I would fire them immediately. If you look on Google, I've been to various sites, not just Riccione, where the accommodations are comfortable and reasonably priced.
