Very nice room but not very soundproofed. Even though we only stayed one night in this property I can say that it is very beautiful and comfortable. Even if you cannot get there by car as it is in a restricted traffic zone, you can get there on foot as it is a small street parallel to the main street of the centre. You are practically in the center behind the arena and a stone's throw from Juliet's house. Very clean and well furnished room. Satisfied

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff proved to be unprofessional, even laughing at unpleasant situations experienced by customers. Unacceptable behavior, especially from some employees who showed total lack of respect and tact. I sincerely hope that the owner becomes aware of the situation and intervenes as soon as possible, because there is a clear lack of control and interest in managing the staff. A business cannot function if those who work there do not have the slightest sense of responsibility and respect towards customers.

Never again! The double room was completely run down, there was old water damage in the bathroom that smelled bad, broken shutters, and a parking space in a parking garage that was an immense challenge even for experienced drivers with larger cars. Not recommended! Especially not for a daily rental fee of 20 euros! Don't be blinded by hotel photos on booking websites or the hotel website!
