The absolute friendliest and most helpful staff of a hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Antonio, the manager says he treats all guests like family and he means it. Such a great and personal experience. Restaurant deck is in the middle of the action, but feels like you’re away from the crowd. Amazing breakfast and spectacular cocktails and coffee. Listen to the recommendations for everything to do on the island and you’ll be happy you did.

The hotel was an absolute nightmare. First of all, the location is inconvenient, and the entrance is always packed with people and taxis. I booked their best room, yet it was extremely small. The shower was so tiny that even I, a 50‑kg woman, could barely use it – completely unacceptable. Everything in the room felt old and worn-out. Breakfasts were on the level of a two-star motel, bland and unimpressive. On top of that, the hotel scammed me on a transfer – they sold it to me for €350, while the real price was only €23. The staff at the reception hardly speak English, which made communication almost impossible. Overall, this place is an awful, dishonest hotel that I would never recommend to anyone.

We booked this hotel a month ago, and during this month, we had to cancel the hotel due to our inability to get to the hotel. (Caused by a war that had led to the airports closing off and flight tickets getting canceled.) We contacted the hotel in attempt to cancel our stay. They requested all kinds of details, which we sent and later got completely ignored. The service experience we had during this process was beyond disrespectful.
