This is a beautiful property with an airy country home level of comfort and hospitality. The olive grooves surrounding, along with the lush property, are idilic. We found the breakfast one of the best of our entire trip. This would be a lovely spot for an event, wedding, or relaxing vacation. You are close to all of the amenities of the city, while feeling world's away. The owner greeted everyone, showing great love for the property she restored 10 years ago. We were so happy to have experienced this villa

I stayed there with my husband for three nights. Our hosts were extremely caring and discreet. The place is very clean and quiet. They really care about their business and put their heart in everything they do. I don't think I will ever eat something as tasty as Luglio's steaks cooked on open fire, or his toasted bread with rosemary perfumed lardo, or his wife's breakfast cakes. I highly recommend this place. In fact, I really hope I can go again, this time in the fall to help with the olive oil making.

Originally when booking through booking .com we assumed that this place, hardly a palazzo, was actually 4*, unfortunately the room was a garnett which in turn cooked all day in the roasting sun and the air conditioning unit only worked 15%, it was about 40 years old. The room itself was furnished from old fashioned furniture ( not quaint). We booked it for 4 nights but only stayed 1 night as the heat was so intensive and we couldn't sleep at all. The coffee was very good as were the views. That about sums it up.
