I had a great experience at this hotel! The location is fantastic—close to all the main tourist attractions, surrounded by great restaurants, and plenty of shops for shopping. Transportation was super convenient, with several bus stops nearby. But what really stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They were always attentive, provided excellent guidance, and met all of our requests with a smile. Truly an amazing team! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent value and top-notch service.
Hotel very well located, nice room, clean. The only negative is that we had difficulty finding it.
Nice hotel in a good location but because it is in an old building it has several problems. Sometimes the lift won’t work because someone didn’t leave the door closed, the safe in the room doesn’t work, the shower is very temperamental with temperature and the balconies are all connected so if you left it open someone could get in
