Relais Patrizi

This hotel was super cute. Our room had a balcony, the stairway was adorable, and everything gave off a nice European vibe. The staff was also super friendly, helpful, and it was a plus that they spoke English. The only thing I didn’t really like was that “luggage storage” after check-out was storing our luggage’s in a very visible and accessible area. I thought they would maybe lock up our luggage’s in a room or something.

It is what it is. Somewhere to base yourself if in Rome for a few days. Close to some lovely restaurants. Metro is a two minute walk away. Breakfast doesn't bother me. Room is clean and functional. Desk staff are very helpful . If you want something more central pay more...but this is exactly what I want....I would have liked a bar..but hey ho!

Terrible service, terrible breakfast, terrible bedding and towels. This place claims to be a 4 star hotel however it would have to be no more than a 2 star in the USA. No AC, no airport shuttle and breakfast isn't free. False advertisement and the rudest most unpleasant staff I have ever experienced in my life at a hotel. I have traveled to several third world countries and had much better service and food than at this place. The towels were just gross, wore out and dingy. You can feel the springs in the beds and the pillows were shot a least five years ago. STAY AWAY!
