We had a nice stay. The location is convenient, public transport is not that far. The nearest underground parking is in around 10 minutes on foot. Dogs are welcome.
The first day we reached our room, took a shower and we had a flood all over the bathroom. All the water came out to the corridor. Ι opened the door and the woman who was cleaning the other rooms took all the towels she had collected from the rooms and started to clean the floor and the carpets, which was disgusting for us. On the other hand the manager of the hotel was very helpful and brought a plumber quickly to fix the shower. The breakfast was poor and little and not refreshed. But the woman serving the breakfast was kind and great. Something that we liked a lot was the bed and the pillows as they were very comfortable. The room was tiny with lack of sockets, whereas in booking photos I saw another room while I was making the reservation. In conclusion, in my opinion this hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars
Terrible experience. We paid a lot of money for a very basic room. I forgot my flip flops in the room, I had to call the hotel 5 times to speak to the manager that was supposed to call me back and never did, end of the story: THEY THREW THEM AWAY, like what?? A 4 stars hotel? No comment. Also we asked for a later check out (even by paying) and they didn’t allow us, called us through the phone in the room at the exact time we had the check out to kick us out.
