A must must visit if you are around Cefalu! Spectacular views, 10/10 service. The wine from their barrels was exquisite. But it was the food that truly stole the show every dish was a masterpiece. From the thoughtfully sourced organic ingredients to the beautifully balanced flavors, it was clear that the chefs here cook with passion and precision. Each course surprised and delighted us, and the attention to detail in presentation elevated the entire experience. What made it even more memorable was the way everything—from the service to the setting—worked together to create a seamless, enjoyable evening. We’ve dined at many places, but this was, without question, one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended for anyone who truly appreciates good food and thoughtful hospitality.

We were camping nearby. We had a wine tour and a four course meal with wine tasting. Probably one of the top 10 meals I can remember and I have to say the finest waiter I can ever remember having. I would certainly consider coming back and staying there. It was an old Abbey and so very elegant. Great food and great hiking in the mountains surrounding the abbey. Their goal is to grow most of what is produced and eaten there.

Excellent, food, drinks. food was complemented with a well-suited wine tasting. All the produce were organic from their local farm. I would definitely come to this place again, it was a great experience for my kids and family.
