Rooms are very clean, comfortable and wide. Bathroom is also wide. You have your breakfest in your room by selecting from a list. Staff are so kind and helpful. Location is perfect, it is only 3 minutes to subway station, 15 minutes to Trevi and 20 minutes to colesseum by walk.

- Great location (we parked somewhere else and walked/ Uber to Hotel) - Great modern room, shower is to die for. - Has elevator (although only 2 people can go around at a time, kind of sucked we were a party of 3, but all good considering many Rome hotels don’t have elevators at all). - not so good: wifi is really bad. Reception only from 10:00-19:00, which wasn’t a big deal at all for us bur I do love not to worry about checking in if for some reason I don’t make it on time. Rooms get cleaned every day, but towels don’t get changed.

Basically an overpriced, dirty, uncomfortable Airbnb with none of the perks of an Airbnb. Where do I start? The place is hard to find and isn’t an actual hotel but rather an apartment unit converted to many rooms. There was only one flat sheet on top of the bed and no blanket. The blanket they had in the closet smelled like vomit and was visibly dirty. There was hair in the blanket pack and they tried to justify it 💀 Mattresses were horrible and springy. Bathroom had MOLD growing on the sink area. Maybe this place would match expectations if it were $150-200 per night instead. We paid $400 per room and were extremely disappointed. Would not recommend this stay unless you’re able to get it on an extreme budget price and cleanliness is not your priority.
