Overall the hotel was very nice. Clean rooms and well appointed. I found the restaurant and food service to be excellent. Pool area was also very comfortable and relaxing. Recommendations: Have a gym. the hotel clearly has plenty of space for a gym. Make transportation more convenient. The staff was very helpful to arrange transportation, but it was expensive and inconvenient. Last point is to offer some form "bar food" that can be easily ordered from the pool or hotel bar.
I was for business conference. The food was not that great but other then that, it was great. About 25 minutes from como. You need a personal car to access this place. Otherwise €50 each way to como center.
We visited the castle for a wedding; the location is beautiful, especially the outdoor space, and overall, it has great potential. However, the quality of services leaves much to be desired, likely due to the high number of events hosted there. The breakfast offers very few options, and the rooms are small.
