Relais Spa Val d'Europe

A true hotel experience – with heart, service, and genuine care 🌟 After many travels and stays in different hotels, Relais Spa reminded me what it truly means to be a guest. From the moment we arrived with our two young children, we felt not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for. The staff is exceptionally helpful, and I must especially highlight Jeremy, who went above and beyond during a very stressful moment. I urgently needed to take my brother to the hospital, and Jeremy spent nearly an hour on the phone with the doctor, personally drove us there, and—despite it being almost midnight—the hotel staff came to pick us up. My brother stayed at the hospital, and I’m beyond grateful for the kindness and support we received. Another huge plus is their free shuttle service around the neighborhood—no waiting, no crowds, no hassle. Just call and within minutes, someone will come to pick you up or drop you off. They have several vehicles, and the whole system runs smoothly and efficiently. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The children were delighted to find toothbrushes, shower gel, and soap themed around The Little Prince, and I was equally thrilled by the thoughtful adult amenities: everything from Nuxe! We also loved the warm welcome with snacks and drinks waiting in the room after our long trip. The only small downside was the breakfast—it was decent, but for a price of over €50 for one adult and two kids, I expected a bit more variety and quality. Still, this hotel restored my faith in real hospitality. We will happily return, and I will wholeheartedly recommend Relais Spa to everyone—especially families with children. 🩷

The rooms were nice. We were upgraded to club level unexpectedly- perhaps because we booked directly through their website. The breakfast was a top 3 hotel breakfasts ever. The shuttle to Disney worked well. The location for Disney was very convenient. There are lots of stores and restaurants to buy meals or snacks very close by. I would certainly stay here again if I was going to Paris Disney.

Good property but management could have been much better. The family suite is very good for a family of 4 to 5. 2 rooms, 1 living and 3 wash rooms are apt for a comfortable stay. Restaurant was not operational, bar/cafe and services need improvement. Breakfast buffet was just average with limited options and management.
