Relais Tosinghi

Best stay of our whole holiday so far. The room was great, really spacious and super clean, the beds were really comfy and the bathroom was nice and big. Although there were lots of stairs, it's a historic building with a cool elevator. There was air conditioning and a kettle. There was even a little window space looking down on the street. The receptionist was so nice and even recommended some great restaurants to us. He was so helpful and worked with us to figure out a luggage situation. 10/10 recommended, will return. Thankyou for making our stay so enjoyable.

I had an incredible stay at Relais Tosinghi. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of Florence, just steps away from everything. The rooms are clean, stylish, and super comfortable. But what really blew me away was the outstanding service. The staff here go above and beyond in every way genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. Their warmth and hospitality made the stay feel extra special. There are some stairs to get up to the rooms, but honestly, it’s no issue at all because they’re more than happy to help carry your bags. Seriously, if you’re looking for a place with top-tier service and a perfect location, this is it.

Good location, friendly staff and decent room, but the hours for check-in are very limited for such a touristic spot with people traveling from around the world. had to arrange for a friend to pick up my key and they had him waiting for 30mn. In my opinion, not acceptable for what is charged.
